Mr. Hunter held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at D.E. Shaw Development LLC. and has held numerous senior executive positions with IBM, GE Capital, Compaq Computer Corp and EDS.

Mr. Hunter has worked in various companies including EDS, Connecticut Information Technology Institute (CITI) at the University of Connecticut and the GE technology research Lab and won the GE Values Card Solve Award. He has also held the position of  technology research analysts for a boutique global investment bank in New York City focusing on researching public and private Indian and US IT outsourcing companies for potential acquisition.

Dennis B. Heavey

Mr. Heavey is a sales management professional with over a dozen years in sales and marketing. Currently the Vice President of Business Development for a large IT Services and Products corporation, Mr. Heavey has nationwide responsibility for the Outsourcing Sales Practice as well as regional sales management responsibilities.  As leader of the Outsourcing Sales Practice, Mr. Heavey has been responsible for originating and creating the company’s sales methodologies, training and marketing material for Application Development Outsourcing, Application Maintenance Outsourcing and Private Label Services for other IT Service companies and software developers.  Mr. Heavey has worked on helping to create the company’s first Private Offshore Development Center for work with a US-based client.  Mr. Heavey has also been a key decision maker in several business development and joint venture initiatives.

E. Miles Prentice, III

Miles Prentice, III is a Director of National Life Group and was elected to the Board in 1991. He is a Partner in the New York City law firm of Eaton & Van Winkle. Prentice is a Trustee of Washington and Jefferson College and the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues, Inc. Prentice is Director of Gold Banc Corporation in Leawood, Kansas, as well as a Director of a number of wholly-owned U.S. subsidiaries of various foreign corporations. He is a majority owner and President of Midland Sports, Inc., which operates the Midland Rockhounds AA minor league team in the Texas league, as well as Director of the Texas League of Professional Baseball Clubs, Inc. Prentice is also the majority owner and President of Odessa Sports, Inc. which operates the Odessa Jackalopes, a minor league hockey team in the Central Hockey League.
