This assessment encompasses all aspects of the client’s network and computer environment for the purposes of documenting everything for retention in the support center’s databases. The site survey includes but is not limited to:
Key personnel will be interviewed to attain an insight into current issues and expectations.
Upon completion of our Site Assessment, CPS II will present the client with detailed reports documenting all findings. This report may also include, depending on our findings, suggestions and recommendations for correcting current issues or items that CPS II discovers during the assessment.
- Detailed inventory of all workstations, servers.
- Detailed inventory of software with revision levels installed on each workstation & server.
- Detailed inventory of all routers, switches, firewalls, and all other pertinent network infrastructure equipment.
- Detailed inventory of software/firmware and revision levels on all network infrastructure equipment.
- Connectivity of all equipment will be documented to produce network infrastructure documentation
- Logical and physical drawings will be produced.
- LAN and WAN methodologies and topologies will be documented.
