Mr. Long served as President of International Operations of Citigroup Inc. and served as Chief Operating Officer of Citigroup International a subsidiary of Citigroup Inc. He currently has a private consulting business to banking institutions SHLAdvisors, LLC.

E. Miles Prentice, III is a Director of National Life Group and was elected to the Board in 1991. He is a Partner in the New York City law firm of Eaton & Van Winkle. Prentice is a Trustee of Washington and Jefferson College and the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues, Inc. Prentice is Director of Gold Banc Corporation in Leawood, Kansas, as well as a Director of a number of wholly-owned U.S. subsidiaries of various foreign corporations. He is a majority owner and President of Midland Sports, Inc., which operates the Midland Rockhounds AA minor league team in the Texas league, as well as Director of the Texas League of Professional Baseball Clubs, Inc. He is a principal and has served as Chairman of Muirfield Capital Management LLC, an asset management firm, since 2002. He served as Senior Advisor to Credit Suisse First Boston during 2001, was Chairman of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc., an investment banking firm, from 1996 through 2000 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1986 to 1996. Mr. Chalsty is a Trustee Emeritus of Columbia University and President of Lincoln Center Theatre.
